Internet Form
Mail or fax your completed bid form prior to the live auction. Bids must be received at least 8 hours prior to the sale. Arrange telephone bidding prior to the live auction. Some restrictions apply. Availability of phone bid space may apply. Complete and submit your bid form through our web site, prior to the live auction. These bids are submitted proxy prior to the sale and are not executed live as floor bids, as in E-bay's case.

Submit your bid, in person, at the live auction. This is the best way to ensure the success of your bids.

US Mail and Fax

  1. RECEIVE A BIDDER NUMBER - New or unfamiliar Bidders should either place a deposit with, or establish credit with, Ira & Larry Goldberg, Inc. Credit for bidding should be established by the Bidder in sufficient time to be verified before the auction, otherwise bids will not be executed. Once verified, Bidders will then receive a "Bidder #".

  2. ESTABLISH CREDIT with Ira & Larry Goldberg, Inc. - In order to establish pre-approved credit, in lieu of placing deposits with bids, simply fill in the Bidder Reference Form (see below) and (a) print out the completed form and FAX or mail it, or (b) submit the completed form online. We must receive the completed form no later than 4 business days prior to the first auction session.

    Prior to issuing your customer number, you must read the     "terms and conditions" of sale and agree to accept same.

  3. COMPLETE THE BIDDING FORM - Either remove the mail-in bidding form from the current auction catalog, or print out our Bidding Form (see below) on your printer. Then either fax the completed form to (310)-551-2626, or mail it to:

  3. COMPLETE THE ONLINE E-MAIL BIDDING FORM - NOTE: Your Internet browser must have "cookies" enabled in order to use this method of online bidding. Use of this Online Bidding method requires the Bidder to supply a valid return e-mail address. First, go to the online catalog for our current auction. Beneath each individual lot descriptionis a link to view details and enter the bid for that lot number. Click on the link to fill in your bid. From this link, you can also view your bid sheet.

    When you have finished viewing your lots and entered your bids, and you have filled out the rest of the bidding form in its entirety, press the SUBMIT button. This will automatically send your completed bid sheet to our offices. When the completed form is received, an acknowledgement will be e-mailed to the return e-mail address you provided.
