Kingdom of Thrace. Lysimachos, 323-281 BC. Gold Stater (8.23 g) minted posthumously by Mithradates VI of Pontos, c. 88-86 BC at Tomis.

The mintmark "TO" is found directly under the throne. Besides Tomis, staters bearing the mintmarks of Byzantion, Kallatis and Istros are often seen, all bearing a portrait more akin to Ariarathes of Cappadocia than to earlier depictions of Alexander the Great.
Estimated Value $700 - 850.
